We do not use one calorie target for everyone. Your meals are tailored to your goal and can be built around a specific daily calorie limit, such as 1300 calories, based on your profile and needs.

Our menu consists of meals from different cuisines, including Nigerian, African, and International. Our chefs are trained to prepare meals that are not only delicious but also nutritious and tailored to your dietary needs.

Our nutritionists curate meals based on your dietary needs. However, you can swap meals from a list of available options if needed. You can also choose our custom plans for more control and flexibility to pick your own meals.

We have several options: you can have our nutritionists plan your meals for you, build your own custom plan, or order straight from our menu.
