Approved earnings become Available in your Partner Dashboard once referrals qualify. Available earnings are transferred automatically to your bank account on the following Friday.

Payouts are fully automated. Once earnings move to Available, they're transferred directly to your linked bank account on the Friday after. There's no manual withdrawal step.

Through your unique referral link and discount code inside the Partner Dashboard. Performance and earnings update as referrals progress.

Orders go through a 7-day hold so we can confirm there are no refunds. If a referred order is refunded or doesn't qualify, related earnings may be adjusted. Your dashboard shows pending, available, and paid amounts clearly.

No. Creativity, consistency, and authentic storytelling matter more than follower count.

No. There is no minimum follower count. Trust and authenticity matter more than audience size.

The meal request button is available in your dashboard once you're an approved partner. Use it whenever you need meals for content—we'll review each request and get back to you.

Yes. If you already have PrepNourish meals, you can create and share content with them. When you need more, request them via the dashboard button.

Absolutely. We encourage original ideas—skits, lifestyle, education, office content, conversations, and more—as long as they align with the brand.

That's welcome too. You don't have to create content to join. Doctors, professionals, coaches, and anyone with a trusted network can share their referral link or discount code and earn when people they introduce become customers. We'll still love to have you in the program.

Yes. Wellness businesses and similar organisations can apply. We'll discuss the right partnership structure after review.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We grow the community carefully—expect a response within a few business days in most cases.

Yes. You're free to work with other brands. We ask that you don't promote direct competitors in the same meal-prep category during active PrepNourish collaborations—details are shared after acceptance.

Referrals are attributed within a 30-day window from when someone uses your link or code. If they convert within that window, you earn credit.

Brand Ambassador roles are invited based on consistent contribution, quality of content, and long-term partnership. There's no separate application—keep creating and growing with us.

As you grow through the partner journey—especially toward Featured Partner—you unlock paid collaboration opportunities. Consistency and quality help you get there faster.
